Folk night is a stomping success!

Yesterday evening's Felbeck Trust Folk Night was a stomping success! Our two bands, Threescore & the Occasional Ceilidh Band, along with guest artist Tony Hall - renowned melodeon player and raconteur, kept the packed hall entertained for three hours with a rich and varied programme of songs, tunes and stories , with tasty refreshments by Gur Beck Country Foods and a seemingly never-ending bar providing much needed sustenance.

Our thanks go to everyone who came to support us and to all the helpers on the night. With your combined contribution (and a couple of donations beforehand) we raised over £1000 - bringing us ever-closer to our fund-raising target to purchase and manage Spurrell's Wood - a special place for wildlife, in the heart of the Norfolk countryside.
