Habitat Management Work

We've been flat-out recently on various habitat management activities. Last Friday we got to the end of our first phase of work on Mallett's Meadows - completing the intended route of the 'permissive path'. It all looks very impressive!

Last Thursday and again today, we've also been busy on Sustead Common, installing a pedestrian bridge across Gur Beck, clearing the road-side verge and gapping-up the eastern hedgerow.

We've also commenced work on laying the hedge next to the road -this is very much 'work in progress'.

A big thank you to all those volunteers who are giving up their spare time to undertake this valuable habitat management work - benefitting Norfolk wildlife and local people alike.
