The 'outdoor classroom' receives a much-needed coat of wood preserver

Half-a-dozen dedicated volunteers turned out this morning for our first work-party of the New Year. We did a variety of winter tasks including, wood-preserving the 'outdoor classroom', extending the area of open grassland on the Surveyor's Allotment by removing bramble, path clearing and marking in Spurrell's Wood and burning the accumulated debris.
