Felbeck Trust volunteers celebrate the completion of a picnic table and benches - EBC

The planned work-party at East Beckham Common went ahead this morning despite the threat of bad weather in the wake of Storm Gareth. Our seven hardy volunteers knuckled down to constructing a rustic picnic table & benches and started work on a dew pond at the southern end of the site. Two positive developments for The Common - providing additional facilities for visitors and improved habitat for wildlife - making a contribution towards the stated objectives of Felbeck Trust.
