The work-party season is well underway
The Felbeck Trust winter work-party programme got off to a great start this week. On Tuesday ten faithful volunteers turned out to cut and rake the grassland on the Sustead Common complex. This weekend a smaller number of dedicated individuals helped scythe the wildflower meadows around the Aldborough village pond. Several members of the local wildlife group were on hand to do the raking and provide much welcomed refreshment. By the end of Sunday afternoon you could certainly tell we'd been there. A useful collaboration for Norfolk wildlife - some of which we temporarily disturbed during our activities! See this post.
