Whip clearing

On Friday April 22nd, five Gresham’s students and their teacher spent an hour at West Beckham Old Allotments clearing hedge plants – clipping grass around them, removing grass from within the guards and steadying any whip suffering from root rock.

The party arrived later than usual, because of house photographs, but they worked steadily and got quite a lot done. Sunny weather and blue skies helped. Thanks, as usual, for their cheerful presence and willingness to help Felbeck Trust.
