Field gate reinstated

New (recycled) timber field gate - Spurrell's Wood

We had a well attended and highly productive work-party at Sustead Common / Spurrell's Wood at the weekend. Tasks included more Hazel coppicing - we've probably done nearly half now, finishing off the 'privacy screen' on the approach to the viewing screen, clearing a couple of ditches and reinstating a field gate to provide limited vehicular access to - collect and deliver materials, etc. A good team effort.
