Fallen Trees

A small impromptu work-party attended to two trees which had recently fallen down across the path in West Beckham Green. Both trees were old Rowan which are nearing the end of their natural life.

It took a bit of pruning, sawing and chopping but eventually we got the paths clear and the logs and brash piled up. Felbeck Trust now have a reasonable system in place to match planned maintenance work with volunteer work-parties but there’s alway something which crops up that needs dealing with!
